  Worked as it should, booked the car online, picked it up the next day. The staff was helpful, but was really bad at English. Got a worse car than I booked even though it was a bit bigger

  I have rented a Polo for one day from 8am. Since the only opened at 9am on the next day, we aggreed to return the car at 9. I was there on time but the system booked already the 82€ wich I was charged in addition to the first days 70€. Somehow they only transferd me the 70€ back. After several phone calls and emails with promises to solve my case and give me the 12€ back, there are no more reactions to mails and calls and also no money at all...
