  The staff is lacking in English which is a bit of a let down in such a big hotel.

  The hotel itself is clean and all the areas are top notch. The breakfast buffet is really good and has a lot to offer.

  Being a bit younger (in our 30s) we felt a bit out of place since the majority of the guests are well above 60 and pretty much never leaves to hotel area.

  Fantastic hotel. The eating facility is buffet, and the food is good but rarely hot. We found too that we needed to wait for the main course dishes to be replenished.

  Great hotel, clean and efficiently run. All staff very helpful, room clean and warm. Food standard fare for all inclusive. Evening entertainment very odd for UK visitors, I think it was really aimed at the German and Polish visitors. Would go back though.

  Great place for family and kids.very friendly staff and good facility.food is average.we had great stay with two kids. The girl,Alisa who taking care of kids in daytime and evening was so nice,very appreciate to her,great job....

  One of the better resorts in Gran canaria. Very close to masopalmas beach. Definitely take the all inclusive package. It's family friendly with mostly elderly guests when we visited in November. The resort is easy to reach directly from the airport by bus.
